Clubhouse Rental
Reservations of the Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is available to Swanson Pool Members for private use during regular hours of operation only.
The clubhouse is not available for non-members.
The rental includes 3 hours of Clubhouse use.
Rental Fee: $75.00 (paid before the event)
Refundable hold/cleaning fee (cash given at the start of the event)*: $25.00
Time includes set up, tear down, and clean up by renters.
Additional hours may be purchased at $35/ per hour if more time is needed during regular hours of operation.
Non-member guests attending with the renter:
Guest passes are needed for any non-member entering the pool deck area.
Guest passes to the pool may be purchased for $5.00 each, 5 passes for $20.00, or 10 passes for $30
Guests are to be monitored by Swanson member and follow all rules and regulations of the pool.
Swimmers 13 years or younger will need to pass a swim test to use the slide and diving board area.

Swanson Pool Members:

The hold/cleaning fee must be paid in cash at the start of the rental and will be refunded pending inspection.
*The hold/cleaning fee will be refunded pending the rental space is vacated at the end of the scheduled event (3hrs or paid extra hours,) all trash is removed from the clubhouse area, tables and chairs are cleaned and floors are free of spills & debris.
